Christmas Eve Service Times

Join us on Christmas Eve as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. Our service times are at 1:00, 2:30, 4:00, and 5:30pm. There'll be uplifting music, a message of hope and candle lighting, and MC Kids will have programming for nursery and preschool.

Lead Pastor

Dan Arnold

Pastor Dan Arnold grew up in Ellensburg. He has been on staff since 2006 in a variety of different roles and has served as our Lead Pastor since 2023. Dan has deep roots in Ellensburg and cares for its community. He continues to share Jesus' love inside and outside of the church walls and teaches others to do the same. His wife, Kristy, is on staff as our Women’s Ministry Director. They and their three sons are a very active part of Mercer Creek and the Ellensburg community as a whole.

  • What time are the Christmas Eve services?

    Our Christmas Eve services are on Wednesday, December 24th at 1:00, 2:30, 4:00, and 5:30pm. Bring your entire family and a friend as well, there is childcare available for nursery and preschool aged kids.

  • What about my kids?

    We cannot wait to spend time with your family on Christmas Eve! Elementary students will be attending service with you. We will have a special Christmas bag for them to grab on the way into the servicer with activities just for them! We will have our nursery (crawlers/toddlers/2s) and preschool (3s-5s) rooms open during all four services. Each room is staffed with background-checked and trained volunteers who want to serve your family and help your kids learn about the importance of Christmas. You'll first want to head to our MC Kids Check-In located near the main entrance (see map below). We cannot wait to see you at any of our four Christmas Eve services! Note: There will be no MC Kids the following Sunday, December 27th.

  • What should I wear?

    Come exactly as you are - don’t dress up or down for anyone.

  • Is your church accessible?

    We have made sure that our building is accessible for people of all different abilities. We have ramps for wheelchairs, and braille signs for the visually impaired.

  • Can I watch services online if I can’t attend in person?

    Absolutely! If for any reason you can’t make our in-person service, you can always watch it live or watch it back here on our YouTube channel.
