SHAPE God created each of us with a unique blend of talents, interest and spiritual gifts. There are many opportunities for you to make your unique contribution as you invest in the lives of others: from helping to provide a welcoming environment on weekends, leading children, youth, young adults, or helping people in the community. Serving others helps people experience Christ’s love and humility. Periodically we offer a class to help you discover your unique SHAPE and how to use it. MCC S.H.A.P.E.
Every year, we get to host our awesome BBQ Beef booth at the Ellensburg Rodeo on Labor Day Weekend.  It’s a great time to volunteer with people you might not know as well as with your friends and family. If you want to volunteer, click the image on the left to go to the sign-up. You don’t want to miss this fun opportunity.

A WELCOME MESSAGE FROM PASTOR SCOTT

We describe ourselves as a community fully engaging in the life and mission of Jesus Christ.  For us, it’s all about Jesus.  We want to help everyone encounter God, experience community and become equipped to serve.

Our hope is that people will feel loved and welcomed.  We pray that people will meet God and as a result, make Jesus the leader of their lives.  We want that for you!  Come as you are.  Check us out.  More importantly, seek the truth of God that can only be known when one knows Jesus.

While you are browsing here, you can learn about MCC’s programs and catch a glimpse of who we are, but only a glimpse.  To fully understand, come to a worship service or to a small group and feel the up-close, in-person experience of being part of a unique community like Mercer Creek.  We would love to meet and get to know you!

One of the first invitations to encounter Jesus happened with three simple words, “come and see”.  At Mercer Creek Church we believe that everyone has the right to hear that gracious invitation to encounter Jesus; so whether it’s in a Sunday service, a small group, or an intentional relationship we’d say, come and see.
At MCC, we believe that people’s desire for community was placed in us by God Himself. We also contend that the strongest and most healing form of community happens around Jesus Christ.  That’s why we gather on Sunday for worship and in small groups throughout the week.  Join us and enter in
The Bible says that every Christ-follower has God-given gifts, talents and experiences that are unique to them. At Mercer Creek Church we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to use those gifts to serve God, their community and the world. We invite you to serve with us.
