What is MOPS?
MOPS encourages and equips moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women, and leaders in relationship to Jesus.
MOPS is a grassroots movement that believes moms are world influencers.
We believe moms can change the course of history. That’s why we connect moms to a community of women, in their own neighborhoods, who meet together to laugh, cry and embrace the journey of motherhood. MOPS groups are rallying women to be more honest, to feel more equipped and to find our identity by journeying along side one another.
MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, and by preschoolers we mean kiddos from birth through kindergarten. We are moms, and we believe that better moms make a better world.
When you visit MOPS you can expect that there will be a warm welcome and an interesting speaker or video. You will meet other women who are in (or have been) in your stage of life.
MOPS will look different this year. September - December we will not offer childcare, and our refreshments will be lighter and individually packaged. We will follow social distancing and masking guidelines.
MOPS meets in person on the third Thursday of each month 6:30-8 PM September - May in the Youth Buidling. Our first meeting will be on September 17. This year, we also offer smaller in home groups that will use the same meeting content but will meet in a home and be limited to ten women or less.
Due to social distancing our space is limited so it is especially important this year to sign up before you attend a meeting! Sign up for one of these options HERE.
